Ingredient
45 mL Nakin Gin
30 mL Pineapple juice
7.5 mL Coconut syrup
7.5 mL Blue Curacao
20 mL Lime juice
20 mL Egg white
Dried pineapple and lime leaves for garnish
Drinkware: Rock glass
Ice: Cubed ice
Steps
Chill the serving glass and set it aside.
Add all ingredients to a shaker and stir slightly, then dry shake (no ice).
Add ice to the shaker until 2/3 full, then shake hard.
Discard ice from the chilled glass and strain the drink into the serving glass.
Garnish with dried pineapple and lime leaves.
